MENUi collecting and processing some data which are necessary for a proper usage of our service.


You provide personal data voluntarily and you are responsible for maintaining it correctly, truthfully and completely. You can review, update or delete personal data in your users account, as you log into your user account and check your settings and your user profile.


This Privacy Policy is also subject to our terms of service. If you’re using MENUi as a registered User you have already declared and bound that you have read and understood our terms of service and agreed our data protection and privacy policy.



Data Collection

MENUi collecting and processing some data that are required for a proper use of the application as a registered user. Some of this data can be personal data that could identify you, but of course is strictly confidential and subject to data protection law and the GDPR.


These data include:

- Your data that you provide for proper registration, use or updating, such as first name, last name, email address, telephone number, email address, business area and others.


- Data about your interactions with the available services and the respective functions, such as used services, content, search queries and other interactions with MENUi.


- Logs and log data on how you use MENUi, possibly data from the device you’re using to access MENUi, your IP address, various device events such as error reports, failures, system activities and hardware settings. Cookies

Third parties cannot access the data stored in local storage. They will not be passed on to third parties and will not be used for advertising purposes. If the browser is closed, the data will remain until you delete the cache memory of your device. This can be done in most modern browsers in the settings. Third parties cannot access the data stored in local storage and session storage.


The session storage is used for navigation to provide a better user experience. When the session ends, i.e. when you close the browser, this data is automatically deleted.


We use these technologies in our legitimate interest to be able to make you an attractive, fully functional offer on the basis of Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR.



Google Fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts.


Google Fonts are self hosted for this site. Therefore, not loaded directly from Google servers when the page is accessed.
